Fait très bien son travail de radiateur mobile mais le thermostat est faux (je dois régler à 14°C pour avoir 19°C par exemple, ce qui est dommage pour un radiateur de ce prix
We purchased 2 Duux Edge radiators. Fast delivery, easy connexion to wifi and phone... But what is our deception: The current software experience is not acceptable for a product marketed and priced as a connected heating system. The central issue is the absence of a proper “Pause,” “Away,” or “Holiday” mode. When we leave for several days, the app does not allow us to temporarily suspend the heating schedule remotely and restore it upon our return. Instead, we must either delete the existing programming and recreate it later or just unplug the radiator. That undermines the fundamental purpose of a Wi-Fi-connected heating device. If the only practical way to suspend operation is to disconnect the radiators physically, the connected functionality provides little value in this situation. The setup process further highlights the problem. Connecting and programming a single radiator can take approximately 30 minutes (and surprise : there are limited time slots available for scheduling the week). With 2 radiators, repeatedly deleting and recreating schedules is neither efficient nor reasonable. Duux should implement the following essential features: - A remotely accessible “Pause,” “Away,” or “Holiday” mode in the app. - The ability to suspend a schedule temporarily without deleting it. - One-click reactivation of the existing schedule upon return. - Ideally, the option to apply these settings to multiple radiators simultaneously. These should be considered very basic functions for a connected heating system, not advanced or optional features.
